Cox, who has over 30 years of experience in technology, is an accomplished CIO and CISO. His prior roles include CISO at MEDNAX, a physician-led healthcare organization based in Sunrise, Florida, where he was responsible for cyber operations and engineering, identity and access management, disaster recovery, business continuity planning and risk and compliance. Previously, he was the CIO at HHS SAMHSA, Philidor RX and NOVA Corp., where he served as the executive responsible for the management, implementation and usability of information and computer technologies. He was selected for the Peerlyst Community: 29 Highly Influential CISOs of 2020.
