Michael Coden is a technology executive with over 40 years’ experience in technology innovation, transformation and operations, strategic planning, cybersecurity, leadership and talent development. Michael serves on Boards, advises C-suites, is currently President and CEO of DBOS, Inc., Senior Advisor to Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Associate Director of the MIT research consortium Cybersecurity at MIT Sloan (CAMS), and an Advisor to Safe Security, Inc., The Decision Lab, and the USC Election Cybersecurity Initiative. Michael served 16 years as co-founder, CEO and Board member of Codenoll Technology Corporation (Nasdaq: CODN), a semiconductor, fiber optic, and network equipment manufacturer, now part of Tyco Electronics, where his patented technical innovations developed a $300M business. Michael served as Managing Director in BCG’s technology division and Head of BCG’s Cybersecurity Practice. At DBOS he is involved in developing a revolutionary cloud-native cyber-resilient operating system that replaces Linux.
