Prior to BioCatch, she worked for eBay combatting fraudulent account opening, account takeover, and collusion fraud; later working for CyberSource helping e-commerce merchants stop card-not-present fraud. Today Erin works with some of the largest financial institutions in North America fighting account opening fraud, synthetic ID, malware, and account takeover.
