He is a graduate of the George Mason University School of Law and Pennsylvania State University.
Debra Geister is the senior director of consulting services for LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where she serves as a fraud and compliance expert from her experience in the development of fraud-prevention and compliance products. Before joining the Financial Services team at LexisNexis, Geister worked for Wolters-Kluwer Financial Servcies, where she designed and developed products to fulfill banking regulatory requirements.
Julie Conroy McNelley is a senior analyst within Aite Group's Retail Banking practice, where she covers fraud, data security, anti-money laundering and compliance issues. McNelley has more than a decade of product management experience working with financial institutions, payments processors and risk management companies. McNelley has been a risk-management presenter at conferences hosted by BAI, NACHA and the Members United Economic Forum. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Michigan State University and a master's degree in international policy from the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
Jerry Silva is the founder of and financial-services technology strategist for PG Silva Consulting. As an experienced executive in the financial-services technology industry, Silva spent more than 25 years in operations, technology and business development with several top-tier banks. As a research director for TowerGroup, he worked as an adviser and strategist for financial institutions and technology providers in the areas of business and technology strategy. Silva has chaired the Financial Services Technology Forum and the Identity Theft and Fraud Symposium.
Charles H. Somers Jr. is the vice president of ATM security and systems for Diebold Inc. Somers leads all aspects of ATM security for Diebold, including physical threats, logical security and fraud. Somers' team works closely with Diebold's global risk and security group to identify emerging threats and leverages development groups within Diebold to develop security solutions. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Massachusetts in Boston and is a member of the Association for Services Management International and the Technology Professional Services Association.
Anthony Vitale is the vice president of information technology development for Patelco Credit Union, approximately $3.75 billion in assets, San Francisco. Vitale oversees the credit union's software development process for desktop applications and e-commerce delivery solutions, including online banking, mobile banking, new-account automation and loan origination systems. He also oversees the development and support of Patelco's database warehouse and intranet. Vitale is a member of the technology committee at Open Financial Solutions and holds a bachelor's degree in management information systems from San Jose State University.
Anne Wallace is the president of the Identity Theft Assistance Corp., a nonprofit corporation that operates ITAC, the Identity Theft Assistance Center. ITAC's victim assistance service, which is free to the consumer and supported by member companies, has helped tens of thousands of consumers recover from identity theft. Wallace is a nationally recognized expert on privacy, financial services and payments law. She is graduate of Boston University Law School and Fordham University, and is a member of Banking and Consumer Financial Services Committees of the American Bar Association's Business Law Section, as well as other groups.
Howie Wu is the vice president of virtual banking for BECU (Boeing Employees' Credit Union), approximately $8.6 billion in assets, Seattle. Wu, who has been with BECU since 2003, has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services and information technology industries. In his role as the vice president of virtual banking, he oversees BECU's strategy for remote delivery channels, including the ATM, online, telephone and mobile channels. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in information systems from Washington State University.
Kudrati is a manager at the Information Security Office with the National Bank of Kuwait. Prior to this, he has held positions as head of information security with eGovernement Authority of Kingdom of Bahrain, as manager of technology and security risk services with Ernst & Young Middle East, assistant manager of information risk management with KPMG Middle East. He has also served on ISACA Bahrain Chapter as director of certification. He has over 14 years of hands-on experience in managing an information security program. He holds a degree in bachelor of commerce with major in accountancy and auditing.
Salvi is the Chief Information Security Officer & Senior Vice President at HDFC Bank, a $52 billion private banking institution, located in India. Prior to joining HDFC Bank, he worked in Standard Chartered Bank for 11 years and held a variety of roles in IT service delivery, governance and risk management, and information security. He has 19 years of industry experience and has previously worked in companies like Crompton Greaves, Development Credit Bank, and Global Trust Bank. He holds a degree in bachelors of engineering in computers and masters in business administration.
